Description

These Buffalo Chicken Bombs combine spicy chicken, creamy cheese, and golden crescent dough for a quick, flavorful appetizer or snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tube crescent roll dough 8 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley optional, for garnish
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Prepare the Dough: Separate the crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Flatten each triangle slightly to create more surface area.
  4. Assemble the Bombs: Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each triangle. Fold the corners over the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely.
  5. Bake: Arrange the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley, if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve: Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
