Description

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1- inch piece ginger minced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the pan and pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot with steamed rice.
